4. Food & Beverages are to be consumed within stipulated time as per NEA Regulations

6. A Cancellation Fee of 50% of Total Charges if cancellation occurs seven days prior to the 
event. 70% of Total Charges if cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event date after signing of the Confirmation.
